Shared use models and cooperatives lower the barrier to entry significantly, making adoption far more financially manageable, particularly for smallholder operations. And trusted intermediaries make a genuine difference. Extension officers, NGOs, and farmer field schools all play a critical role in building the confidence needed to keep using a tool well after the initial purchase.
